The wheat is milled at a deliberately low speed of 55 RPM, following a gentle, traditional milling approach. This process is designed to maintain the grain's natural character, aroma and taste.
🪨 BLACK STONE VEDIC CHAKKI
Our flour is stone-ground using a Black Stone Vedic Chakki, inspired by the traditional Indian way of milling grains. The slow milling process gives the flour its characteristic texture and traditional taste.
💧 COLD PRESSED PROCESSING
Fresh24 Veda follows a Cold Pressed / low-heat traditional processing approach, focusing on gentle processing rather than high-speed milling. This helps retain the natural character and wholesome qualities of the grain.
